Thank you for choosing My Monthly, the app dedicated to empowering women's health and fostering empathetic relationships. Before you proceed, please carefully review our Terms of Service ("Terms") outlined below. By using our iOS app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.

My Monthly is not liable for any relationship or interpersonal outcomes from shared data.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:Violate any applicable laws or regulations.Infringe upon the rights of others.Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App. 

7. Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of My Monthly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


7A. Content Ownership & Expert Contributions:
Expert contributions, articles, and any third-party educational content published within the App remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and licensors and are used by My Monthly under license. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute such content without permission.

7B. Third-Party Services & External Links: The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. My Monthly is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Monthly makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Monthly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination: My Monthly reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, with or without cause, at any time and without notice.
